Box braids & knotless braids in Birmingham

Box and knotless braids are the style we're asked for most. Knotless braids start with your own hair and build up gradually, so there's less tension at the root and a flatter, more natural finish. Classic box braids start with a small knot — great for bold colours and jumbo sizes.

Cornrows

Straight-back, feed-in or freestyle — ladies' cornrows are £30 and take about 1 hour 30 minutes. We braid cornrows for men and kids too.

Crochet braids

A quicker protective style with lots of volume — curly, wavy or locs-style. Message us for your price.

Braids takedown & aftercare

Taking braids out yourself can take hours and break your hair. Book a takedown with us and we'll remove your braids gently, detangle, and get your hair ready for its next style — many clients book their next look at the same visit.

Aftercare at home

• Sleep in a satin scarf or bonnet to keep braids neat and reduce frizz.
• Keep your scalp clean and use a light oil or mousse — avoid heavy build-up.
• Be gentle with your edges: no tight ponytails for the first few days.
• After takedown, give your hair a wash, deep condition and a short rest before your next style.
